Volunteer Coordinator – This board member manages the creation and coordination of league-related volunteer activities through a software vendor. Additionally, works with Team Parents to help them facilitate their duties with teams.
Player Agent - These board members work directly with coaches/managers. They act as a liaison between the Board and Coaches/Families for their division. Assistance is provided by the VP of Baseball or Softball, respectively, for any question or concern you cannot answer. Additional events where attendance is required include (but are not limited to) draft nights, parent meeting, coach meetings.
Scheduler - Baseball/Softball - These board members are in charge of scheduling (regular season and practices) and communicating games (due to changes or rain outs). They are responsible for communicating with the umpires and player agents.
Umpire Payroll - Determine umpire pay periods, coordinate with Website Admin to post on umpire page. Collect scorecards and reconcile for each day’s games, document games worked, retain and store for any score or pitch count dispute or umpire pay issues.
Fundraising Coordinator - This board member will plan and execute fundraisers for the league. This includes Little League Night at Miller Park. Past fundraisers have included Restaurant Nights, Movie Night, Cookie Dough Sales - new ideas welcome & encouraged!
